UNITRAILER ALR003 foldable ramps aluminum ramps for trailers 221cm 680kg with belt and support, set of 2

This set of two UNITRAILER ALR003 aluminum loading ramps is designed for safely loading and unloading vehicles, machinery, and equipment from trailers, flatbeds, vans, and flatbed trailers. The set includes two ramps with a load capacity of 340 kg each, for a total of 680 kg . This allows for comfortable loading of heavier motorcycles, ATVs, lawn mowers, gardening equipment, and other equipment. The aluminum construction combines high strength with lower weight than steel models, making the ramps easier to move, set up, and store.

Each ramp has an additional support that reinforces the most stressed point of the structure and increases the stability of the ramp under load. Lashing straps additionally secure the ramps against shifting or slipping during use. The foldable design shortens each ramp from 221 cm to 115 cm, saving space during transport and storage. This practical accessory is ideal for workshops, farms, gardening companies, equipment rental companies, and owners of trailers, trailers, motorcycles, and quads.

Dimensions (one ramp):

• total length: 221 cm
• total width: 28 cm
• length when folded: 115 cm
• thickness when folded: 16.5 cm

Product advantages:

• high load capacity: 340 kg per ramp, total 680 kg per set , which is enough for loading quads, heavier motorcycles, lawn mowers, gardening machines or hand pallet trucks;
• aluminum construction: high strength, corrosion resistance and lower weight than steel ramps;
• additional supports: placed under the ramps, they strengthen the most loaded point of the structure and increase stability during loading;
• fastening belts: protect the ramps against sliding and slipping during loading;
• foldable structure: when folded, each ramp is 115 cm long, so it is easy to transport and store the set in the garage, trunk or on a trailer;
• universal use: ramps fit most trailers, trailers, transport platforms and delivery vans;
• stable ramp surface: 28 cm wide when unfolded, providing solid wheel support when entering and exiting;
• ready-made set: two identical ramps enable equal access of both wheels or axles of the vehicle.

Application:

The set of access ramps is suitable for loading and unloading:

• quads, scooters and motorcycles, including heavier ones,
• lawn mowers, gardening and agricultural machinery,
• hand pallet trucks,
• other vehicles and equipment whose weight does not exceed the total load capacity of the set (680 kg).

The fundamental principle of safe operation of ramps is not to exceed their maximum load capacity – this is crucial for the safety of the entire load. Loading ramps should be used only for their intended purpose, and with caution, as there is a risk of slipping or sliding when approaching. It's also important to remember to place them only on a stable, level surface and properly secure them against movement, and to always adjust the ramp spacing to the axle width of the vehicle being loaded.
