The YT-05811 cylinder honing machine from YATO is designed for machining and reconditioning cylinder bores with diameters ranging from 32 to 89 mm. It allows for leveling the cylinder surface, removing minor irregularities, and preparing it for further service.
The tool is equipped with a flexible shaft that facilitates proper honing within the cylinder and promotes even surface finish. Adjustable stone pressure allows for the adjustment of the honing force to the workpiece.
The honing machine has three replaceable silicon carbide stones, each measuring 51 x 7 mm . The total length of the tool is 230 mm . The manufacturer provides the option of using replaceable YT-05816 stones, allowing you to continue working after the abrasive elements wear out.
