This set of four single-piece HERMON 5 m / 25 mm / 1 t lashing straps creates a practical solution for securing loads by strapping them. Each strap is 5 m long and 25 mm wide , and the strap is permanently connected to the tensioning mechanism , eliminating the need for hooks or additional fasteners.

Four independent straps allow you to secure cargo in several places and adjust the securing method to its size and shape. This set is ideal for transporting items on trailers, flatbeds, flatbed trucks, and delivery vans , especially when transporting items that can be securely secured with strapping.

Fastening by strapping

Lashing in the strap – 1 ton (1000 daN)

Each of the four straps is designed to secure the load by tying it with a strap . This arrangement provides a strapping strength of 1000 daN . This allows for even coverage of the transported item and limits its shifting, tilting, and positioning during transport.

Ratchet tensioner – easy to obtain the correct tension

Each strap is equipped with an integrated ratchet mechanism , which allows you to remove any slack in the strap and achieve the correct tension once the load is secured. The free end of the strap is fed through the tensioner and then tightened using the ratchet handle.

The STF 100 daN parameter defines the standard tension force obtained in the strap when the tensioner is used correctly.

SHF 50 daN specifies the standard hand force applied to the tensioner handle when tensioning the belt.

One-piece construction without hooks

The straps do not have lashing hooks – the strap and tensioner form a single unit. This allows each strap to be wrapped directly around the item being secured and then tightened using a ratchet. This solution works well for securing crates, packages, equipment, and other loads that do not require direct connection of the strap to anchor points.

The maximum extensibility of the tape is approximately 6% , which determines its permissible elongation under load.

EN 12195-2 standard

The straps are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of EN 12195-2 , the European standard for textile lashing straps with manual tensioning devices. The standard specifies, among other things, requirements for LC lashing capacity, STF and SHF parameters, webbing properties, and product labeling .

The information on the labels of individual straps allows you to check their basic parameters and choose the right method of securing the transported load.

For securing various types of cargo

The set can be used for transporting crates, packages, garden equipment, furnishings, and other items that require protection from sliding . Four separate straps allow for multiple locations, while the 5-meter length of each strap allows for the strapping range to be adjusted to the size of the item being transported.

After transport, it's best to store straps in a dry, sheltered place , such as a toolbox mounted on a trailer, flatbed truck, or delivery van. Before storing, it's best to clean and dry the straps and protect them from sharp edges, oils, chemicals, and high temperatures.
