The Universal Cable Reel 370556 is a practical hand-held reel , also known as an empty hand-held cable reel, with a handle and crank . It's designed for conveniently winding, unwinding, and storing cables, wires, extension cords, lightweight garden hoses, ropes, and strings. It's perfect for home, garden, garage, workshop, camping, RV, and for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
