The ASPÖCK 5-pin bayonet to 7-pin ASS2 angle connector left adapter is designed for trailer, semi-trailer, and flatbed truck electrical systems. It allows you to connect lamps or lighting components to various types of connectors, ensuring stable power and control signal transmission.
The cable is terminated on one end with a male 5-pin bayonet plug , and on the other end, it has an angled ASS2 7-pin connector , which facilitates installation in confined spaces. The angled version allows for more convenient cable routing and reduces the risk of excessive bending at the lamp.
The adapter is designed for the left side of the trailer's lighting system , i.e., for connecting the left lamp. The wires used, with a cross-section of 4 × 0.75 mm² + 1 × 1.5 mm², provide adequate conduction for basic lighting functions and lines requiring a larger cross-section.
The product is suitable for repairing, modernising or adapting the trailer lighting installation when it is necessary to connect a lamp with an ASS2 7-pin connector to a cable terminated with a 5-pin bayonet plug.
