Tail lift warning lamp WAŚ 1127 W152 LED orange
The W152 1127 warning light from WAŚ is designed to increase the visibility of an extended tail lift . It works well on trucks, vans, trailers, and other vehicles equipped with a tail lift, helping to warn other road users and those working near the vehicle.
The model uses 2 LEDs and works with 12 V and 24 V installations. Power consumption is 5 W at 12 V and 24 V. The 150 cm long YLY-S 3 × 0.5 mm² cable facilitates power supply and installation on the platform.
The lamp's compact dimensions are 96.5 x 76 x 13 mm , allowing it to be mounted directly on a platform without taking up much space. Its low profile limits its protrusion above the mounting surface.
The lamp's design has been adapted to demanding operating conditions . The aluminum body and the lampshade made of mechanically resistant material provide protection against impacts and loads. The resistance to pressure of approximately 1 ton is particularly important for components mounted directly on the loading platform. The lamp can operate in temperatures from -40°C to +50°C , making it suitable for year-round use in vehicles transporting in variable weather conditions.
The lamp can operate independently , generating its own flashes, or be integrated into a suitably configured control system . It's also possible to synchronize two lamps , creating a coherent warning system on both sides of the tail lift.

Tightness class
The lamp has an IP 66/68 protection class. The IP 66 protection class means the device is completely protected against dust and protected against powerful pressurized water jets from any direction. The IP 68 protection class means complete protection against dust and resistance to prolonged immersion in water to a specified depth and duration (as recommended by the manufacturer). Devices with this protection class perform perfectly in harsh conditions, ensuring reliability and durability even in extreme environments.

Approvals
The lamp is E20 homologated and ECE and EMC certified, meaning it meets European safety and quality standards. The E20 certification confirms that the product is approved for use on public roads in European Union countries. The ECE certification guarantees compliance with international vehicle lighting regulations, while EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) ensures that the lamp does not interfere with other electrical devices and is immune to external interference.
Warning lights increase visibility and safety when working in traffic areas: on roads, construction sites, in agriculture, logistics, when operating tow trucks, service vehicles, and municipal vehicles. They are recommended for stops in hazardous areas , slow journeys, escorting oversized loads, performing roadside service work, and anywhere else where other users need to be clearly warned of the vehicle's presence and maneuvers.
