The ProPlus 420352BK waterproof Schuko plug protection box is a practical accessory that provides safe and durable protection for electrical connections in outdoor installations. Thanks to its robust polypropylene (PP) housing, the box effectively protects the Schuko plug from moisture, dirt, and accidental damage—ideal for outdoor, camping, or workshop use.
The product has compact dimensions: length 21 cm, width 8.5 cm, height 8 cm and is adapted to cables with a diameter of 6.5 to 11 mm , which makes it suitable for most standard cables with a Schuko plug.
The box has an IP44 rating , meaning it's protected against the ingress of solid objects larger than 1 mm in diameter and against water splashes from any direction. This effectively protects the electrical connection from moisture, dust, and accidental splashes . It can be safely used outdoors – at campsites, in the garden, or on construction sites – in high humidity and light rain, but it's not designed for immersion in water or direct exposure to strong water jets.
