3M Scotchlite Diamond Grade 983 white reflective tape, 55 mm (5.5 cm) wide and 50 m long, is a high-quality solution designed for contour marking of trucks , trailers, and large machinery. It is designed for application on rigid surfaces, providing exceptional vehicle visibility both day and night.

The tape is made of Type 3 microprismatic reflective film, which guarantees significantly higher reflectivity than traditional films. A strong, pressure-activated adhesive ensures permanent and secure adhesion to surfaces without the need for additional preparations. The PVC-free construction and solvent-free bonding make the product more environmentally friendly.

The tape is approved and marked in accordance with EU Regulation ECE 104 for reflective materials , meeting the highest requirements for vehicle contour markings. It is characterized by very high resistance to external factors : rain, snow, UV, dirt, corrosion, grime, and aging. It withstands contact with mild acids, detergents, oils, and fuel. A temperature range of -34°C to +94°C and resistance to pressure washing (up to 80 bar, 60°C, min. 30 cm distance) ensure long-lasting functionality. Its service life is up to 8 years .
