The MANTES electrical system is a complete and well-thought-out wiring harness designed specifically for boat trailers . This "board kit" is designed for trailers equipped with a removable rear lighting beam , a standard solution for boat transport. The removable beam makes it easy to launch the boat without risking damage to the lights or wiring. The kit allows for safe, tight, and easy connection of the entire lighting system – both the main rear lights and marker lights – while maintaining full functionality and resistance to water and adverse weather conditions.

The first part is the main harness with a 13-pin plug , 7.8 meters long, along with a 2-meter marker light cable – for connecting the electrical system from the towing vehicle to the trailer's rear beam. The kit also includes a 13-pin plug socket for self- assembly on the beam , allowing for quick connection and disconnection of the entire lighting beam.

The second part includes a connector for the rear light bar (e.g., removed for launching a boat). The 1.77-meter cable is terminated with 5-pin bayonet connectors for connecting the rear lights. With a high IP67 sealing rating, it provides excellent protection against water, mud, and dust—ideal for use in wet conditions, such as boat transport or off-road use. Additionally, the cable features an integrated branch for two 0.35-meter wires for the marker lights, which effectively mark the vehicle's dimensions both day and night, improving safety during maneuvers and driving in challenging conditions.
