Hand winch for AL-KO 900kg trailer with brake
AL-KO manual crank winch with a maximum vertical pull of 900 kg. AL-KO 901 winch for use with both rope and belt. The device has an automatic load pressure brake with reverse protection. AL-KO rope winches meet the requirements of the European standard EN 13157, the CE directive and the Machinery Directive. They can be used, among others, in boat trailers, car trailers and agricultural machines.Features of the AL-KO PLUS winch:
- Automatic brake activated by the pulling weight
- Cover of the reduction gear and the opposite side of the gear
- Reinforced drive shaft with an additional bearing sleeve and a wider gear wheel
- High-quality zinc-nickel coating to protect against corrosion

- Maximum vertical pull 900 kg
- Reduction gear – 8.75:1
- The lifting capacity increases to max. 2 times with the rope running horizontally
- Minimum load 25 kg
- Stroke per crank revolution 25-55 mm
- The drum capacity with a 7 mm rope is 17 m
- The capacity of the drum at the attraction belt is 10 m
Rope winch operation:
- Lifting: turn the crank clockwise.
- Hold: release the crank in any position - automatic load brake activated by the pulling weight.
- Lowering: turn the crank counterclockwise.
The winch does not include a rope or belt.
