This Policy lays down the rules and principles relating to the processing of personal data of persons of concern to the online shop unitrailer.eu (hereinafter referred to as “Online Shop”) that is led by Unitrailer sp. z o.o with its registered office at ul. Budowlana 30, 20-469 Lublin, Poland (hereinafter referred to as “Unitrailer”)

1. Personal Data Administrator is Unitrailer sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Budowlana 30, 20-469 Lublin, Poland. 2. Personal data are processed for the purpose of the completing orders placed in the Online Shop, supplementing the potential complaints and providing services in the electronic form. 3. Every person who gives personal data over the Online Shop has the right to access his or her data and correct them. Submission of personal data is voluntary, but it is necessary in order to register and make purchases. 4. Personal data may be made available to external entities within the limits permitted by applicable law in order to execute contracts concluded with the Online Shop. 5. Every user of the Online Shop holds control over his or her personal data and may access them as well as correct and request its removal. The user may request to cease processing of his or her personal data.

Personal data are collected with due care and protected against unauthorised access in accordance with the provisions determined by the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland 2014, item 1182) and the executive provisions.
